Loyal Care provides nonmedical in-home care for individuals living in northwest Montana, or long-distance care for individuals whose family members live outside of this area. We are located in Kalispell, MT.

Where We Serve
Our caregivers provide home-based personal care services to individuals located in rural and urban communities in northwestern Montana. Specifically, we serve Flathead and Lake Counties—its rural areas and major cities: Columbia Falls, Bigfork, Lakeside, Kalispell, Polson, Ronan, and Whitefish.
Why Loyal Care?
We understand human behavior and what motivates it. Our sister company, LC Staffing, also located in Kalispell, MT, recruits employees for western Montanan businesses. For over 25 years we’ve been conducting these types of screenings or assessments:
- backgrounds checks
- skills assessments and matching them with clients’ needs
- personality traits and matching them with clients’ needs
- drug testing
- integrity screening
The results? Partnering great individuals with clients’ needs.
We use the same screening and assessment expertise at Loyal Care to select caregivers for our in-home care team, and to partner a team member with your or your loved one’s skills, personality traits, and needs.
Other Qualifications
National Private Duty Association (NPDA)
As a member of the National Private Duty Association (NPDA), we are a private-pay provider where care recipients or their loved ones are financially responsible for the cost of our home-based care, either through long-term care insurance benefits or personal savings.
State of Montana
We are an approved non-medical, in-home care provider under:
- Montana’s Medicaid Waiver Program: Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS)
Includes homemaker services, habilitation training, respite care, and transportation. - Montana’s Medicaid Program for Personal Assistance Services (PAS)
Includes activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and housekeeping, and transportation to Medicaid-reimbursable services. - Montana State Fund: Home Health Services for injured workers’ compensation claims
How We Work
Available to work around the clock and on-call, all of our caregivers are direct employees of Loyal Care (private duty caregivers). We don’t hire caregivers working as independent contractors.
Our caregivers work on a per client basis. The type of care they provide is based on the confidential assessment a Loyal Care manager conducts with your or your loved one’s input and feedback.
We set high standards of excellence for screening and hiring caregivers, and also to matching one of them with you or your loved one. And we personally handle all care-related billing, tasks, and issues while operating in compliance of federal and state home care regulations.
All of our caregivers are bonded and insured with theft, liability, and workers’ compensation coverage.
